Dressed in period outfits, Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha yesterday led his Cabinet members and their spouses to attend the royally initiated winter festival, Oon Ai Rak Klay Kwam Nao, at the Royal Plaza and Sanam Suea Pa.
